How to create backup in QuickBooks

Open QuickBooks on main computer and login to your company file
  1. Find location of where you want your backs to go
  2. Click File - Backup Company - Create Local Backup - Click next, choose location from previous step
  3. Don't change settings
  4. click OK
  5. Click Next
  6. Confirm correct path and location - click save
